Apartment is in the basement (elevated above thru the front Garden), and it is 2+2 or 2+3 (because it has plenty of space - included living room - cca 30m², where comes in the sommer bed for two person plus an extra bed. (click to see)
In the living room, there is the satelite TV.
Main entrance in living room, and from living room exit is on terrace (9x2,5m) which is full cover.
Right side of terrace is half cover with small kichen with range, refridgirator, and outdoor table for meals.
From the living room there is a small coridor from where is the lobby to go in 1/2 room, with view the sea. The room is small, but with normal size of bed + furniture.
From the small corridor there is the entrance to big bathroom, which has big tub with shower. The view is beutiful, app. clean and terrace has a lot of shadow, and the parking is included. Even, you can park the boat right near the house.
There is the grill in the front yard also.
